Welcome to our neighborhood!
Signal Point Subdivision is an active and dynamic community of 125 homes. There are two sections that make up the neighborhood. Phase I/II is only accessible from Pine Mountain Road while Phase III/IV is accessible only from Mack Dobbs Road. The two sections are connected together by the Signal Point Recreational Facilities.
Our facilities include a pool, clubhouse, two tennis courts, a playground, and a basketball court, all of which we share with The Enclaves through a contract.
The Signal Point Recreational Facilities are the hub of our community social events. Each year, we have a number of activities traditional to our organization.
We encourage SPHA Members to attend the events. The social events are a great way to get to know your neighbors while enjoying some fun and camaraderie!
