Welcome to Signal Point! We are glad that you have decided to purchase your home in our neighborhood. We hope that you will take advantage of the amenities, activities and special events that are available to our community.
Our facilities include a pool, clubhouse, one tennis court and a playground, all of which we share with The Enclaves. The Enclaves is a 32-home neighborhood off Mack Dobbs Road and is adjacent to both sections of Signal Point.
The social events are a great way to get to know your neighbors while enjoying some fun and camaraderie! Newsletters will be posted on the website and signs are customarily placed at the section entrances to let you know when the events are scheduled.
